After a long journey, we arrived weary and anxious. The staff's warmth and Jean Baptist's persistence in helping us with our car rental issue turned our tough night around.

However, while the hotel had great service, the decor felt a bit dated in places, and our pillows could use an upgrade for a truly restful sleep.

Excellent location just a short walk from the heart of town, making it easy to explore. The staff were outstanding, particularly in dealing with a challenging situation regarding our rental car—they went above and beyond to assist us, which truly made a difference. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, enhancing our overall experience. A delicious barbecue dinner option was also a highlight of our stay.

Conveniently located just a short stroll from the city center, it made exploring Beaune a breeze. The staff, particularly the front desk manager, provided a warm welcome. Breakfast was delightful, and the covered parking was a major plus!

This place was just an excellent fit for a short staycation in Beaune with great value for money. The hotel has a lovely art deco vibe with a fantastic lift that adds some charm. Make sure to reserve a parking spot in advance since spaces can fill up quickly.

Fix the noise issues from the nearby road!!! Consider improving the cleanliness standards and update the outdated furniture in the rooms!!!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the center of Beaune. The Charm Double Room felt spacious with charming original features, adding character. Staff were incredibly helpful. Rosemary recommended a fantastic local restaurant that we loved. However, the room did feel a bit outdated in certain areas. The bathroom could use some modern updates to match the charm of the rest of the hotel. Wi-Fi was also quite spotty, only really usable in the reception area. I did appreciate having a kettle in the room, but it would have been nice to have some tea bags provided. The breakfast was average and not quite worth the additional cost. Overall, the staff truly made our stay enjoyable, but some facilities need attention.
