Really good Service with a Twist
After a long journey, we arrived weary and anxious. The staff's warmth and Jean Baptist's persistence in helping us with our car rental issue turned our tough night around.
While the hotel had great service, the decor felt a bit dated in places, and our pillows could use an upgrade for a restful sleep.

We loved the location, just outside the old wall surrounding Beaune. It was easy walking into the city Centre. Also, access to Burgandy wineries was excellent. Very classy hotel. Would stay again.
The Classic Room was a bit small, but sufficient.

Charming Stay with Great Location
We enjoyed our brief stay, grateful for the staff's assistance with the less-than-clear room directions. The suite was beautifully refurbished. Don't miss the good breakfast, a perfect way to start your mornings in Beaune!

This is a superb hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with excellent air-conditioning, a large, comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The car park is secure, with decently large spaces and easily accessed. The town centre is a five minute walk away. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but worth it in our opinion. The food was superb, the wine list excellent and the service impeccable. The staff were uniformly excellent - helpful and friendly without being obseqious. We would recommend this hotel unhesitatingly.

Very pleasant helpful staff, particularly reception. The room was next to my brother and had a shared balcony looking over Beaune, which was very good indeed
Breakfasts were poor if a coach party had been in before our arrival in the dining room. The breakfast items were not replaced for later clients. French hotels in general would appeal to anglo-saxon clients more if they ice machines

Excellent location just a short walk from the heart of town. The staff were excellent, particularly in dealing with a challenging situation regarding our rental car-they were very good too assist us, which made a difference. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. A delicious barbecue dinner option was also a highlight of our stay.

Here's the real story
The historic charm of this hotel is captivating, complete with fine features and a relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located just a short stroll from the city center, it made exploring Beaune easy. The staff, particularly the front desk manager, provided a warm welcome. Breakfast was good, and the covered parking was a major plus!

Charming rooms, decorated nicely and traditionally. Very helpful and knowledgeable concierge.
Difficult to find - there is a small signpost about 1km from the hotel with the hotel's name on it, pointing in the wrong direction. This led us on a wild goosechase as we searched in the wrong place for the hotel. However, once we were right outside the hotel, the hotel was easy to spot as the name of the hotel appeared in large letters.
